Al-Daidhan Reserve is a natural sanctuary for wildflowers, named after Anemones. It all began when the founder wanted to plant spring wildflowers for his mother to enjoy the beauty of the season. He spread flowers across 10,000 square meters, unexpectedly attracting visitors—one day, the reserve welcomed 2,000 cars and 5,000 visitors.
As interest grew, the idea of setting up tents for visitors and inviting local businesses to participate took shape, contributing to the reserve’s development. After four years, the flower-planted areas expanded to over 200,000 square meters, making it an official tourist destination in Hail and listing it on the Spirit of Saudi Arabia platform.
The reserve received the Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad Environmental Excellence Award and now hosts numerous events promoting environmental awareness and sustainability.
